Choosing a university and preparing a strong application can be complex, particularly when considering opportunities across different countries and education systems.
Pathways & Performance provides personalised guidance based on the individual student - their academic background, interests, strengths, ambitions and circumstances.
We help students identify suitable opportunities, understand application requirements and present their strengths clearly and authentically. Where appropriate, this can include developing a multi-country application strategy, reviewing course and curriculum requirements, strengthening application materials and preparing for interviews.
For course and credit alignment, a reliable review usually requires an official transcript, credit information, detailed module or course descriptions, and the published requirements of the intended programme. Additional academic evidence or certified translations may also be needed. We first check whether the available documentation is sufficient and confirm the scope and cost before any paid work begins.
The aim is not simply to submit applications. It is to help students make well-informed choices and put forward the strongest application they can.

Course & Credit Alignment
A programme-specific review of your previous study against the published requirements of one named programme at one university, including ECTS and module alignment where sufficient academic documentation is available. This service is individually quoted after a document-readiness check. We identify apparent matches, gaps and questions requiring clarification; the university makes all final recognition and admission decisions.
Application Check
A detailed check of one substantially completed application for one programme at one university. We check the application form and up to two core written documents, then provide one written set of feedback. Reviewing revised versions is not included. AUD $195.
University Selection & Strategy
Personalised research and comparison of up to three programmes based on your academic background, goals and circumstances. You receive written recommendations explaining the strengths, concerns and next steps for each option. AUD $595.
Application Preparation & Review
Personalised guidance to prepare and strengthen one application for one programme at one university. We review up to three core application documents: your CV, motivation letter or personal statement, and one other required written document. The service includes the initial review and one review of your revised versions. AUD $795.
Bespoke Support
Personalised support for a university application need that does not fit the defined services. Before work begins, we agree in writing what is included, the number of programmes and documents, the number of reviews, the deliverables and the cost. Individually quoted.
